- Senior Solution Architect - The Sage 100 Sr. Solution Architect is responsible for managing client projects through and through and assisting the Practice Director with the day to day project oversite and management of the team. They will collaborate with clients on the implementation strategy for the solutions delivered by their team.
- Solution Architect - The Sage 100 Solution Architect is responsible for managing client projects through and through. They are accountable for providing support and excellent customer service in collaboration with team members, while meeting billable goals.
Sage Intacct Team
- Solution Architect - The Sage Intacct Solution Architect is responsible for managing client projects through and through. They are accountable for providing support and excellent customer service in collaboration with team members, while meeting billable goals.
Sage X3 Team
- Technical and Consulting Support - The Sage X3 Technical Consultant ensures the ERP architecture and design is efficient, secure, and cost-effective to best achieve client-defined results.
- Solution Architect - The Sage X3 Solution Architect is responsible for managing client projects through and through. They are accountable for providing support and excellent customer service in collaboration with team members, while meeting billable goals.
IT Support & Development
- System Engineer - The System Engineer’s primary responsibility is to support and maintain the integrity, security and efficiency of RKL’s, servers, backups, email, telephony, and remote access and data security while providing escalation support to the Service Desk team.
- Application Developer - The Application Developer is responsible for developing web-based applications, Windows applications and building integrations. They're responsible for leveraging software development experience and industry knowledge to deliver custom and best solution for the client.
