Sage Intacct Cloud Financial Software, named the leading provider of best-in-class cloud ERP software, scored a big win in the Spring 2017 Accounting Software Report from G2 Crowd. The company was named a Leader and achieved the highest customer satisfaction score of any mid market ERP vendor.
The report, which is based on more than 1,700 reviews written by business and finance professionals, ranks 25 products to guide purchasers in their accounting software selection process.The Grid™— created from G2 Crowd’s software review platform—factors in customer satisfaction reported by authenticated users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products.
When looking at vendors focused on mid-sized or larger companies, Sage Intacct Cloud Financial placed first in customer satisfaction, receiving a score of 96. That score outperformed the satisfaction scores of similar solutions, including Oracle NetSuite at 70, FinancialForce at 70, and Microsoft Dynamics GP at 52. Sage Intacct’s scores were based on a total of more than 350 customer reviews, providing a rich understanding from a diverse customer population. More than 90% of Sage Intacct users on G2 Crowd rate the product with either 4 or 5 stars.
Based on these reviews, 95% of Sage Intacct customers said the product is going in the right direction, 85% said it meets all their requirements, and 85% were likely to recommend Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct also scored well in all feature categories, including key areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reporting/Analytics, Platform, and Integration.
