Copilot’s new Search Help within Sage Intacct is easy to use and update. Next time you are looking to do something new or different, try looking in the top right in Sage Intacct, click Help & Support and you’ll see a new Help area just below "Help on this page."
New Search Help with Sage Intacct Copilot
The S+ is the new Search help with AI Copilot.

When you click S+, it will provide several common help topics in the upper section of which you can simply click if listed, and at the bottom will provide a section to look up a new topic. Simply type and click "Send."

If a topic is typed in to the search bar Ex. “how to undo a voided check”, the results are provided in a short listing with a step-by-step guide. If there are similar areas to the topic entered, it will provide those links as well.

Note that the screen can stay in page, be popped out into a larger box, and printed to pdf and sent as attachment. Also, if the information was not helpful or incorrect, clicking on Yes or No at the bottom of the screen will send feedback to the AI results going forward. This can be quicker than the Help Center, which still exists and has been expanded upon as well.

Accessing guides, how-tos, and answers to your questions in Sage Intacct just became much easier with the new Copilot AI-Powered Search Help. While the standard Help Center still exists, the new Copilot AI-Powered Search Help allows you to dive deeper, tailor your results, and train the AI to get directly to the guides and directions you are looking for.
