How to Setup a Default Site for Users in Sage X3

To ease the data entry process and reduce risk of entry errors default sites can be setup for users. This can be accomplished using the steps below.

  1. Go to Setup > Users > Users
  2. Select the User from the left list.

  3. Jump to the ‘Function profile’ by clicking on the arrow.
  4. Select the ‘Site’ anchor.
  5. Assign default sites to the appropriate modules.
    •  Note: This will affect all users assigned to the same function profile.
