AI-Powered Automation

Intelligent 3-way matching with AP Automation: AI-powered 3-way matching enhances AP automation by matching line-item details across purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices. View the key benefits here.

Finance Intelligence agent - Phased Early Adopter: The Finance Intelligence agent is your Sage AI-powered assistant, designed to help you uncover answers within your financial data and support better decision-making.

Link to custom views from tasks in Close Workspace: Streamline your close process by embedding a link to a custom view in custom task templates so employees can open that view directly while completing their tasks.

Company and Administration

Introducing the Roles permissions report: Administrators can now review all role-based permissions in one standard report, with both standard and custom permissions included.

Simplified external user management - Consoles: You can now manage each external user through a single record connected to the parent console. This update eliminates duplicate user records and centralizes permission management across linked consoles, simplifying administration and improving consistency. See how to works.

Email domain validation at the console level: Partners who send email for multiple client companies can now simplify domain validation by validating an email domain a single time at the console level. View the steps here.

New entity-level logo for AP bank remittance: You can now upload entity-level logos to AP bank remittance documents to clearly identify the issuing entity and support regional compliance requirements.

Accounts Payable

Enhancements to AP Automation: Flexible line entry method on bills: AP Automation now lets you change the line entry format directly within draft bills, giving you more flexibility in how line item data is structured after upload.

3

Improved remittance support for bank files: Improve how remittance information is generated and sent to vendors with greater control built into the process. This update is especially beneficial for companies, including many international organizations, that rely on bank file payments rather than checks.

Currency in payment posting: Multi-currency AP payment posting is improved with clearer separation of bank account and bill currencies, making the money trail easier to follow.

Vendor Payments powered by CSI ending August 7, 2026: Support for Vendor Payments powered by CSI will end with the R3 release on August 7, 2026. To discuss alternative solutions, please contact RKL eSolutions

Accounts Receivable

Process customer refund payments through Accounts Payable: Accounts Receivable now lets you create refunds that generate linked Accounts Payable bills for payment processing.

Enhancements to embedded Customer Payment Services: Early Adopter: Improve cash flow by giving customers a self-service payment option through the new embedded Customer Payment Services feature. If you subscribe to an inbound payment service provider, customers can pay invoices electronically through a secure link included in emailed invoices.  See the key benefits.

Currency in cash receipts: Sage Intacct helps you follow the money trail more easily by distinguishing between the cash receipt bank account currency and the invoice currency when they differ.

cash management

Cash requirements now includes one-touch customer payment reminders - Early Adopters: Our new Cash Requirements feature brings payables, receivables, and bank balances into a single view, making it easier to identify cash flow insights. You can then act on those insights by sending automatic payment reminders to selected customers to help accelerate collections and improve cash flow.

Fixed Assets Management

Summarize depreciation postings: Reduce General Ledger volume by summarizing depreciation postings across assets with shared accounting attributes, improving performance and simplifying review and reconciliation.

Split an asset into multiple assets: Manage assets that need to be tracked individually by splitting one existing asset into as many as 20 independent assets without losing depreciation accuracy or history.

4

Reverse depreciation postings: Depreciation errors can now be corrected in Fixed Assets Management by reversing posted depreciation directly. This creates an offsetting journal entry and keeps the original posting, eliminating the need to delete entries or use manual workarounds.

5

Revert partial disposals: Easily reverse partial disposals while maintaining accurate depreciation and audit trails.

6

Enhancements to CIP asset capitalization: Gain more control over the timing and process of capitalizing Construction in Progress (CIP) assets. You can now set a capitalization date that aligns with your accounting schedule and reverse the capitalization if changes are needed.

7

Other updates to Fixed Assets Management: We made several updates across Fixed Assets Management (FAM) including layout updates and label improvements.  View other enhancements.

inventory & supplies

Centralized inventory item attachments: Improve operational efficiency with centralized item reference documentation. You can now upload, store, and access item-related attachments such as images, specification sheets, MSDS files, and installation guides.

8

Track inventory transfers more securely: Compared to Inventory transfer transaction definitions, Warehouse transfer transaction definitions provide a more complete view of inventory activity. View action required for this.

order entry

Individual charges and invoice runs for billing groups: Individual charges and a centralized invoice runs list make it easier to process customer-level adjustments, reduce manual work, and monitor billing outcomes without changing existing schedules.

9

Customize sender and reply-to email addresses for Order Entry communications: Enhance security and consistency by preventing unauthorized or inaccurate sender addresses while supporting internal email authentication and sender identity policies.

Projects & Grants

Switch between currencies: You can now switch between currencies in the Project financial summary on the Project Summary tab of the Project Information page. By default, values in the Financial Summary section are shown in the base currency.

10

Purchasing

Custom Purchasing approvals - Early Adopter: Create custom approval workflows for Purchasing transactions using flexible, rule-based logic. With this update, administrators can set approval rules by vendor attributes, payment priority, and transaction amount to route transactions automatically to the right approvers.

tax

Updates and enhancements for taxes:  Your feedback helped shape several updates and enhancements to our current tax features. View new updates.

Exemption Certificate Management integration with Avalara - Early Adopter: Sage Intacct’s integration with Avalara Exemption Certificate Management (ECM) brings exemption certificate visibility directly into Sage Intacct. You can verify customer exemption status, request missing certificates, and remain audit-ready without moving between systems.
